Policy

1. Commissions are for personal use only.
2. I as the sole owner retain all rights for my own creations.
3. You are not allowed to make a profit out of my commissions by ways in including, but not limited to, putting the commissioned artwork on commercial products, reproducing copies of the artwork, distributing and selling the commissioned artwork whether physically or digitally.
4. I may use the work product as part of my portfolio and websites, galleries and other media solely for the purpose of showcasing the work (but not for any other purpose).
5. I may decline your order if I feel it is beyond my ability or comfort zone.
6. I will only issue a refund if the commission has not been started.
7. 50% down payment is required after the sketch is approved and 50% before sending the finalised art.
8. Commissions will be completed within 1 week of payment.
9. In the case of me canceling the commission due to circumstances that may prevent me from completing the commission, you will be refunded in full.
10. Prices listed are all in USD. All payments are to be made via PayPal only.
11. There will be extra charges to: 1) commissions requiring complex details, and 2) rush jobs/deadline specifications.
12. You may only ask for a full refund before the delivery of the lineart. Commissioners who ask for a refund after a lineart has been sent will receive 50% of the payment price. I do not accept refunds for finished pieces.
13. I may take up commissions that are out of my list depending on the request and details provided. Therefore, the price will be decided based on the amount of time taken for completion.
14. Please do note that this is not a designing work therefore it would greatly help me if you would include visual reference rather than word descriptions.

You can contact me using Instagram, Discord or email me the details. I will take over from there or you can follow the order form.What is the process?
Once I've accepted the order, there will be 4 phases: Sketch, Line art, Base color and Final phase. I will go through those phases with you and you can request any changes for it. There will be extra charges if you request changes on the proceed phase. Once all done and the final art is completed, I will email it to you.What do you mean by 'custom request'?
It means I may accept orders that are not from my preferable list. . Such as 18+ but the decision may vary.What is your average TAT (Turnaround time)?
Around 3 - 5 days at most.
